The Guildhall Tavern is a former coaching inn dating back to the 16th century. This Grade II listed building is less than five minutes' walk from the centre of the Welsh town of Denbigh and the historic Denbigh Castle, and some of its luxurious guest rooms have original period features such as exposed beams and leaded windows. The comfortable accommodation also includes flatscreen TVs and large relaxing beds and free decanters of sherry are provided in some rooms. There is also a restaurant and a bar serving meals prepared from local produce, including traditional Welsh dishes as well as international meals. Both the restaurant and bar have cosy log fires, oak panelling and original wooden beams giving them real period charm.
